A Good Week
Hey there everybody! This week has been pretty good, emotionally and physically. Knock on wood, because I don't want to jinx it. All of my classes have gone well this week, and I have been keeping my grades up, I hope...We'll see. I had my first Geology exam on Thursday, and even though I studied, I honestly don't think I did very well. So, we'll have to see how I do on Tuesday with the grades and everything. I've gotten to spend a lot of time with Bridey this week, which has been very nice. We have been sitting together in chapel and hanging out during free times. Friday night, Bridey asked me to come over to watch a movie because Kelsie was gone, and she wanted to do something with me. We watched Brave, which was really good. I started falling asleep during the movie, so I went home soon after. Last night I worked the Neal McCoy show at the Belcher Center. Boy, was that fun! There was a magician, Tracy Byrd, an animal show, and Neal McCoy. They brought a cheeta, and a sloth, and some owls, one of which pooped on the stage, and a whole bunch of other animals. I had a blast working that show. Country music heaven, y'all. After the show, I went to go see Bridey. That was at 11. At 11:30, Bridey and Rachel decided they needed to go to Whataburger, so I volunteered my car. Ian decided to join us, so we went. After getting back to campus at Midnight, and seeing Kelsie, I went home and tried to go to bed, which didn't work out so well. So, I am exhausted. Wednesday, after my lab, I went to Lissie's apartment, and she decided she wanted to paint instead of do homework. So, we did. And then, she kinda surprised me by showing up at my house last night because Micah's car broke down. So, she did my hair before work, and it was gorgeous. Like, this chick is amazing. And then I took her back when I went to work. She's so busy these days, I barely get to see her. So when I do, I want to make it special. But, I'm happy with having both of them. I started at my new job on Friday. I am doing a federal work study for LeTourneau at the Longview Library, and it was a blast. I got to sort through books all day, which is something I love because I love books. I am really excited because I work Mondays and Fridays from 12-5, and it works perfectly with my schedule. So, that's pretty great. Anyways, that's all I have, I think. Have a great week y'all!
