Living Zombie

Hey guys! It's been kind of a slow week. At this point, I'm still having a hard time sleeping, so I feel like a walking zombie. Hence, the title. Everyone has been on Spring Break, so it's been kind of fun to watch all of their adventures on Facebook and such. I have been so grateful for texting this week. I have been texting Bridey and Lissie multiple times a day, for hours on end. I miss talking to them face to face, but this has been really good so I don't go insane. Another friend, Michael, came over and visited on Thursday. He is in the Pro-Life group on campus, and he stayed on campus over the break. I invited him for dinner and a movie, and we ended up discussing Harry Potter, Hunger Games, and other books and movies. It was really great to be able to talk about my passions and be able to share my passion with someone else. Yesterday, I was supposed to go to a doctor's appointment, but we got halfway there, I was feeling so sick and in so much pain, that I asked mom if we could turn around and go home. We canceled the appointment, and I stayed in bed all day. I was so furious with myself, and I hated myself for not even being able to go to a doctor's appointment. I called Bridey and told her all about it, and she helped me hate myself a little less. It's been raining a lot this week, and that has not been good for my panic attacks. I almost had a really bad attack on Wednesday when I woke up from a ginormous thunder clap. I tried to distract myself all day so that I wouldn't go into a full blown attack. It's been like that the past couple of days. I don't do well with thunderstorms or tornadoes. It brings back too many bad memories. But, it's been finally letting up the past couple of days, so we have actually been able to see sunshine. My dad is bringing me home Panda Express today. I love their Orange Chicken and Egg Rolls. They are amazing. I have an appointment with a nutritionist this week, so we'll see what we can do about getting my strength back and what I can and cannot eat. It should be interesting. Bridey and Lissie come back tomorrow, so hopefully everything will get back to normal around here. Have a good week you guys!
